Q&A:  

Q:  Is there a road the property?

A:  There are several roads that access the property. I just drove in myself 2 weeks ago to take the photos. The best road is to use the wash (during dry times of course). It's a very smooth rock surface and we can actually drive really fast on it. It is one-third of a mile to the main county road (Porter Avenue) from the land. Now when I say "road" I'm talking sand/gravel (rocky desert ground). We have full legal access as well. The 25 foot easements I have made are along the edges of the parcels (5 one-acre tracts together) so you will need to drive on those boundary lines. This is fine because the ground is primarily flat. We also have a right to use the roads all around us on the public lands and public right-of-ways. Thanks for asking. Clark
